I am very satisfied with the service they provided. The car was in very good condition, with no issues at all. The pick-up was quick, and the return was also quick and easy. Overall, it was an excellent service. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Fastest and Best Service with the the Best Cars

We rented a car from April 5th to 6th. The key handover was quick, with a friendly and bilingual (French-speaking) attendant. Pickup is convenient, just a few blocks from the service center, with a courteous attendant.

The car was new. The process for renting and give back was easy. The price was fair.

Easy pickup in the off season in Rome. Helpfull and upgraded car.

There was nobody at the desk when I arrived to pick up the car. They had left a phone number where one should call. When I called, nobody answered. Only some minutes later my 2nd call was answered. Then someone showed up immediately and everything went very smooth.

Car was a lot nicer than I was expecting, really clean and made driving abroad a lot easier. The man at the counter was really lovely and helpful. Would use again

Great customer service. Everything was explained clearly and the car was very modern and well maintained. Some rental companies will pressure you to purchase upgrades but I never felt any pressure during my pickup. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and enjoyed my rental.

We got a very good car (upgrade) in a very good order, almost new. There was zero queue at the counter on sunday so all went quickly. People were super friendly. Return was easy, we brought it back after hours and left keys in a key box. Only issue was that we did not get a booked child seat.
