It wasn’t the 1st time that i hired from autovia but was the 1st time that the car & its condition was as expected towards a hired car. The only i need to add is that you guys need to check for the windscreen wash water level, 5 out 5 were empty! The rest on this time was great !

Very efficient check-in, nice service at the rental reception. All done in fast way. Keys handed over and quickly car pick up. No issues. Very fast check-out at early morning before desk opening - went smoothly (self service) . I can recommend this car rental .

We had a problem-free and inva-friendly rental experience at Autovia Palermo airport. The personnel were super friendly and spoke both Italian and English. We picked the car up and returned it right outside the arrivals hall, which was good because we traveled with two disabled people. The full coverage was a bit too expensive, but other than that no complaints; a very smooth process.

A good company. The service is OK, although it is out of the Malpensa terminal. The car was in very good condition.
The only problem that I find is that they do not provide night service. So if you flight is delayed and you appear after office hours, you are lost. Also it is not clear what you do when you have to return the car in the night hours.

I feel the obligation to write down and share my personal experience with Autovia/Ecovia to give some contrast to the negative reviews. There was no scam, no long delay or waiting queue, no rude staff, no problem with the car nor the deposit (NB: Yes, I knew about the credit-card-only thing--it was clearly stated as I was doing the online reservation). I received the car quickly. It was clean and had 4000 km on board. The delivery was also quick. I am satisfied with both the company's services and the employees. I have only one observation: on Google maps the car pick-up location was fixed on the built building, not on the mobile one in the other corner of the parking lot.

Booked a car through discovery cars for our time in Puglia, Italy. They work with autovia who were brilliant. Greta communication leading up to collection, fast check in when we arrived and quality car. No issues with the car (challenges like dents or wheels etc). We flew in to Alghero and unfortunately our car-rental reservation with another provider was cancelled. Autovia was the only agency with available cars at a decent price, especially since it included full insurance coverage. This proved helpful when I accidentally broke something when opening the door.
