Renting a car
has never been so simple

Very new car and smooth service

Roberto was extremely helpful. Arranged for car to pick us up right at our car drop off. Car was perfect. Pleasure to deal with !

Easy handover and delivery. Nice and helpful guy at the counter. He told us to take a good look at the car, in advance, just to be sure everything was in order. It was!
We also got an upgrade, a bigger car, without any extra cost.

Pretty much the closest rental company to Bologna airport. Easy and quick to deal with and good support and drop off. Used AVIS last time, hard sell at the desk and terrible car with every panel dented and no indicators working. Complained and got no reply, hence Autovia this time. Will use again.

All good , clean nice car with lovely staff

Alvin and Mauro were exceptionally good and very professional to deal with. Walked in after another car rental company disappointed us. They provided us the BYD alto 2 hybrid car and very efficient.
I’ll recommend AutoVia Linate Airport. They also accept people without credit card. 💯

Quick and professional service from the desk by mr. Mauro

Excellent value for money, clean, new car and friendly helpful staff. Most importantly, no extra charge for over 70s. And the car and office is at the airport. No waiting for transport to some distant location in the industrial area. Highly recommended. A great way to see Italy.

I had a great experience with Autovia at Tirana Airport. The rental process was easy, the staff were helpful, and everything went smoothly. I’m very happy with the service and would gladly rent from them again. Highly recommended!

Robert was extremely helpful when we unexpectedly dropped off the car 3 days early. Drop off was a breeze and Robert even spoke to our taxi driver to make sure that we were well taken care of. Couldn't be happier with his service.

Francesco was so helpful. Laid out all the expectations and provided us a great car and information ahead of time. Would recommend!

Robert our service advisor was very helpful and courteous.

Good clean cars, super friendly staff and easy to collect and return the car.

The counter agent was very helpful when it came to an issue surrounding my IDP. We had to bear a little more financial burden than originally quoted but we were happy to still rent the vehicle. That being said be sure to have the physical copy of the IDP as the digital ones are not an acceptable form. The car was adequate for the 4 days we spent in Tuscany. Pick up was easy but more signage to the -4 floor lot would be helpful since the elevat...

Quality of services provided and quality of the car. And the prices

Autovia at Rome Ciampino airport were very easy to deal with, very polite and professional.
We go to Italy once or twice a year as do our extended family and friends so we will definitely recommend and continue to use them for our car hire needs.

We had a great experience with Autovia. Samir, their representative at Perugia airport, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Car we received was brand new with only 5k on the clock. Pristine inside. Bit dusty on the outside but that was to be expected in the dry and windy weather.
Deposit I paid was returned to my account within 24 hours after we returned the car.
Many thanks guys.

Professional service, car in good conditions and clean, easy to pick and drop, over expectations

The pick up and the drop off went smoothly and quickly, the car was just perfect.

Ladies at the desk were excellent.
However missed information booklet in the car.
Had to get back to the airport to get extra support.
