The experience was generally good the only suggestion I have is allowing customers to choose the type of insurance they want when depositing to pickup the car than charging money for insurance while booking for the car and when you are about to pickup the car only to be told the insurance booked with the car isn't valid.

Very late check-in, good job. One problem, for conformation if it was possible to pick the car up at 23:30 it was impossible to reach some one at the office. One the webside it said the office would close at 23:00. I had to call Ryan air and some head office who did send a mail for me (without respons by the way). Make it better to reach the office please. Still good experiance.

Some mileage, wear and tear on the car, but all good, Frienly staff, quick expedition.

Autovia. Great experience. Very kind staff. Just make sure you do full insurance coverage as driving in Palermo is really pure joy😃, and can happen quickly to get some 'remarks' on the car.

Used Autovia for a weeks car hire, arrived at their deck to be told that the car which was ordered was not available and then offered a smaller car which was not at all suitable. Luckily, a larger car had just been returned and was offered this one. The offer to wash the car was turned down as this would have taken time. Only disappointed that the original car hire was not available in the first place, Autovia should have had a replacement car...

Everything ok, fair and transparent. Finally I needed to pay an extra charge for too less fuel in the tank. This was correct, because I missed to refuel at exactly the level as it was before... Staff was friendly and explaining all details to me. Would select again Autovia...

Good value - did the online documentation so pick up and drop off was speedy. The were a few marks on the car with 30km on the clock - but otherwise in good condition and half the price of Sixt👍

TL;DR you need a CREDIT card, not DEBIT if you want to save additional 144€. In the beginning, we were asked for a credit card to have the car covered for the 500€. But I’d say we’re not really used to use credit cards in EU, so we were quite shocked that is required. We had the only choice to pay for an additional insurance from the company to use the debit card - it costs 144€. We already had some insurance for the car itself. But the car ...

One of the best car rental companies at Bergamo Airport in Italy, with smooth service, a highly credible company, clean and reliable cars for sightseeing, and simplified procedures. I highly recommend them for car rentals in Italy.

We rent a ford cupra. The car was brand new, which was beyond expectation. The thing that made me nervous, was that it had hardly any fuel in its tank! The indicator showed that we had a reserve of 5 km! We were told that a gas station was close. Just had to find one. Also the gps was not up to date and frequently had to use google maps. The people at the rental station were very kind and helpfull. The only thing I really found annoying is...

Fast easy pickup and drop off. Beware add on fees of €10 p/d per car booster seat for kids and VERY tight parking spaces at airport collection and drop off. Also, RIDICULOUS over pricing on additional insurance… even more expensive than the car hire cost! The attempted con of ‘we can give you car seats free if you take more insurance’ 3 kids, so €210 on car seats! You can buy in Aldi for under €10… so no thanks. This is all that let them down.

A helpful, efficient service with lovely cars. After our windscreen was cracked by a stone we were swiftly provided with a replacement. Couldn’t have been more helpful.

Autovia were extremely helpful in sourcing a large car for a party of six people when our car rental booking with another company at Bologna Airport fell through at the last minute. They gave us a very competitive last minute price, and the pick-up and drop-off were very straightforward. Thoroughly recommend. Credit card needed.
