Good rental, good service and all worked perfectly. They called me from the airport to double check the time I would arrive, i got a better car then what i booked and the whole experience has been good both the pickup as taking the car back. Recommended.

Our car was clean and worked as one would expect. There was a lot of damage on the car and not all of it was marked on the paperwork. The staff rectified that straight away. On drop off it took a good half hour for the car to be inspected and cleared of new damage - maybe because we did not take the hire companies excess insurance etc (we arranged our own beforehand).

This was one of the best car rental experiences I've ever had. I booked the car through the Ryanair app and took out full insurance there as well. Usually, situations like this lead to unnecessary discussions and sometimes even extra charges. But that wasn’t the case here at all — the service was extremely friendly, fast, and professional both when picking up the car and during the return, which was thorough but quick.

We hired our car from Naples Airport on arrival we talked with a lady / girl and she was most helpful.
The main advice we received was the proper Insurance needed it was expensive but most needed.

Very good 1st experience with Autovia. Process was very easy from booking online to pick up and return. Great price, good choice of cars. Was given a different car than the one I ordered but can't complain as it was a great car. Had no issues at all and happy to recommend.

perfect car, pick up procedure unexpectedly extremely easy and fast (unlike other companies), just delivery was a bit more difficult as I arrived very early at the airport, there was no parking available and key dropping must be organised a bit better. Overall tho a very good experience, Autovia is now in my list.

Staff at desk very helpful and explained everything . They did not try big sell on extra insurance, simply outlined the differences. Brand new car with only 4000km, it was spotlessly clean, comfortable and perfect for our holiday. Car was halfbthe price of the big name car rental firms

I will definitely use this company again. The staff at Naples station spoke great English and were able to explain the insurance options to me and the car was fabulous for the 3 weeks we drove around Puglia. Reasonable price and highly recommended.

Was first on the line to get papers done. Was quick and easy process, nice personell. All in all getting the car didnt take more than 10 min with all paper works. Car was ready, just took and hit the road. Also returning the car was quick and transparent process.
