The rental car was booked prior to my arrival. The pickup and return were quick and hassle-free. The signage at Venice Airport, however, should be more visible.

Really good first experience with Autovia! Painless pick-up and drop off. Despite arriving late due to flight delays, and having some issues with my credit card, I was able to get my car without any trouble.

We booked a car (Opel Astra or smilar) for our 4 day trip via Ryanair. It turned out to be a new VW Golf with no marks and only 3,000 miles. We were late having taken 3 hours to get through passport control and the car was just still there. Everything was easy at registration and drop off. Just took us a while at pick up to work out how to get to the Car Hire area. (Out of the arrival doors and either {1} go to the taxi rank, walk to the left ...

Overall, I had a great experience renting the car. The vehicle was clean, brand new, and drove perfectly. I returned it in excellent condition with no scratches or damage at all. The only small issue was that the display screen already had a slight discoloration from the beginning, which I didn’t cause or notice during pickup. Other than that, everything went smoothly and the service was professional. Thank you!

Pickup location was a little outside airport but received brand new car, friendly staff and quick handling. Dropoff went smoothy with friendly staff too. Would rent here again

Nice people in the office. Like other rental companies they ‘upgraded’ us to a bigger car than we had booked which was inconveniently large for narrow Italian streets. NB the cars are a 5/10 minute walk from the office.

Unfortunately you didn't have smaller car than I needed. So had to take bigger one with higher price. Otherwise everything was ok.

I had a very good experience renting with Autovia at Turin Train Station. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the pickup and return process quick and easy. The car was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition, which made my trip smooth and enjoyable.

My experience: I took a VW Golf for 3 days with insurence. Car was almost new, nice and clean. The staff was helpful. I had the "international license" - mandatory for non EU, but they didn't ask it. Everything was OK. I left the car as much as possible clean inside with full tank. They returned 100€ deposit in 12 days.

I think it's the cheapest near the station, with clean, comfortable cars. Avoid car-sharing services; I found McDonald's fries. Unfortunately, people don't have a shred of respect for others. That's why physical rental agencies are still so helpful. It's also nice to find young, motivated staff, another rarity. We were helped by a girl with glasses and short hair. I'll go back to the same company. Recommended

We had a very good experience. We did not have to wait, the employee was fast, and explained us the necessary things. He did not try to sell us additional insurance because he saw that we were already covered. Very nice and quick experience.

This was the first time we rented via Autovia, and we were not disappointed. The car was better than we had expected (a BYD instead of a Ford Kuga), the sevice was efficient and fast. Would recommend it. Our pickup was in Pisa, our drop-off was in Venice.

First time with Autovia, and we had a great experience related to the car itself and the service at the desk. We received a great car for an UV Midsize range (a BYD) and the service went smooth and flawless. Need to add that we booked all insurances upfront and had an unexpected cost for taking our car outside of Italy (100€ extra).
