Fransesco at the counter was very helpful. The car was great, clean and matched the booking requirements. But… there was a very stressful mix up with the name on the credit card that we were not informed and there was nowhere on the terms of booking.
More over, there was something wrong with the passenger’s seat on the first car but they took care of it bu giving us another one witch it was just fine.

Auto BYD SEAL 6 touring was great, new (2,7k km); even if I booked an SUV, I accepted for curiosity, the experience driving it was nice.

Using Autovia fairly frequently over the last couple of years as well as other car hire companies depending on cost and availability. Positives - almost never too many people waiting so I can be in and out very quickly. Fair pricing on extras. Staff is professional and never push for upgrades unlike others.
Negatives - not the best vehicles offer/ lower spec cars so it’s a hit and miss (example - booked a manual mid range but given an autom...

Everything went smooth and the girl at the reception desk, as well as Robert who took care of the car pick up and drop off were very friendly and pleasurable. Been to Autovia a few times and are looking forward to using them again!

I have been to Italy on eight visits and have never used Autovia before. They are the only company I will now use.

Instead of the VW Taigo we had booked, we received a larger and better car, an MG HS. Everything was fine with the vehicle, and the additional space proved very useful, as we would probably have had difficulty fitting all our luggage into a smaller car. As a result, our experience turned out to be even better than expected.

A useful tip for anyone renting a car: when collecting the vehicle, take detailed photos or a video of all existin...

Not the car we requested, then we discovered the draconian return policies!
Surprisingly, even though the rules say the car must be returned fully cleaned…with exactly how clean…the car we collected was dirty and full of someone else’s paperwork and tickets.
None of the damage we discovered was noted on the form, so I took the time to video and photograph it…I suggest you do the same.
