I arrived at the airport, the car rental desks are clearly marked. Be prepared for a small queue, frustrating when people collecting their cars haven't prepared themselves properly. Disorganised people in the queue make the wait painful for those who have their ID credentials to hand and have reviewed the policies and insurance in advance. Once processed you are given vague directions of where to collect your car in my case I was miss directe...

Really quick pick-up of our car at the booth inside the airport as well as the parking lot.
Actually got an car upgrade (automatic instead of shifter), the car itself was great and clean. Return was quick and easy too.

I had rent the Opel Corsa with Audiovia. You can either connect your own Tomtom or connect to the navigator of the car. Remember to bring the usb cable that has the same connection with Samsung
I drove in Sardinia about 1000 Km and it had never problems. Very easy and comfortable to drive it. It works with gas fuel ( benzina).

Straightforward collection of a pre-booked car (booked through another intermediary company and got a fantastic price). Crucially at the collection desk in the terminal no hard sell or being to made feel awkward when choosing not to take out their full insurance cover (as we'd already bought independent cover for a fraction of the cost), possibly as there was a long queue after us and only 1 very busy chap at the desk!...but all good for us.

Booking cars overseas is always stressful, however Simone and Georgia were very helpful and clarified the best insurance options to make sure there would be no hidden expenses. We were very happy with our car, it was in good condition and fit the luggage well. Thank you for making us laugh during a stressful time. Grazie!

Used Locauto at Brindisi Airport. Very fresh Renault Capture. Collection Inspection was thorough. Return Inspection was easy enough. Collect full and return full. Decent price. Very please.

Nice staff, nice car, easy booking. I booked with a booker so no problems but many People before and after have problems with booking on first name and that specific name is not on the creditcard... not sure if communication is clear enough on that topic

Great experience, very good location just in front of the airport in Rome, very pleasant staff willing to help, I was generously given a better and bigger car than what I booked for the same price, the car was in an excellent conditions, all the communication during the check-in and check-out was polite and agreeable. I can highly recommend this rental company, I will definitely come back.
